When USB port connection error occurs, please try this.

It may have happened because the USB driver has not been installed properly.

Please find attached files here, and follow the instruction as guided below.

* For Windows 10: download the 'CP210x_Universal_Windows_Driver_Windows10.zip' file.

* For previous Windows versions: download the 'CP210x_Windows_Drivers_6.7.6' file.

Please note that within the Zip file, it includes 2 different types of '.exe' files for you to choose.

- For 32 Bit Window ⇒ Please click and install "CP210xVCPInstaller_x86.exe" file.

- For 64 Bit window ⇒ Please click and install "CP210xVCPInstaller_x64.exe" file.
