4Why the port not connected

Please help me about this robot.
I want to download to robot a program but the port not connected, what must i do because i try to install the driver port is no fix the problem.

Please refer to the instructions as below.
1. check the cpu board's power is on while you are downloading program to the CPU.
2. open 'device manager' in your windows, check the port(COM & LPT) is available or not if not, please install the usb driver is below linked address as below guide.

■ 32 bit user : install CP210xVCPInstaller_x86.exe
■ 64 bit user : install CP210xVCPInstaller_x64.exe
