5Can't connect to the robot - bluetooth nor cable

Hello, I cannot download the program to the robot - the bluetooth in my devices cannot find it, and when I connect the cable (from laptop with Windows10) Rogic cannot find the port (the robot is not visible to computer either).
What should I do?

Please refer to the instructions as below.
1. check the cpu board's power is on while you are downloading program to the CPU.
2. open 'device manager' in your windows, check the port(COM & LPT) is available or not if not, please install the usb driver is below linked address as below guide.

■ 32 bit user : install CP210xVCPInstaller_x86.exe
■ 64 bit user : install CP210xVCPInstaller_x64.exe
