51Cannot download program to CPU

I have the CPU (version 1, see attached photo).
It used to work. But one day, when I tried to download program to it using Rogic, it says port not connected.
The power of CPU is on, cable is properly connected. I can also see that the device is connected and shown as COM3 port in my windows 10.
What could be the problem and how to fix it? Can update to firmware of CPU fix the problem?

Did you change Rogic Software recently? Also, it will help us to know the year of the purchase and the location.
